How to use Honey?
- You can eat it directly from a spoon or spread it on fresh bread.
- Works well with yoghourt, on fruit or in cooking as a light sweetener.
- Use on it’s own for a light refreshing drink or with milk, tea or coffee.
How to Store Honey?
With quality clover honey being sensitive to heat, it is very important that this honey is stored below 20 degrees.
Refrigerate for firm honey, warm for soft honey.
